📄 Terms for Use of Sabitutor Online Tutorials

Please read all terms carefully before proceeding.

1. The Sabitutor O’Tutorial Project is duly owned by the Sabitutor platform, which creates sub-portals for private tutorial classes so that they can establish an online branch — hence a partnership with Sabitutor.
2. The O’Tutorial Project is free to join.
3. O’Tutorial classes are given a window period of 60 days, during which they must have a minimum of 25 students to remain eligible to use their assigned portals.
4. The percentage allotment formula is 25% (Sabitutor) / 75% (O’Tutorial class) for classes with fewer than 60 students. For classes with 60 students and above, the formula adjusts to 28% / 72% respectively.
5. O’Tutorial classes are permitted to run academic activities only, catering to students who wish to learn online, as this is the sole purpose for which the project was designed.
6. All paid classes must be delivered to students. Verified complaints from students regarding paid classes for which lectures were not provided will automatically disqualify the O’Tutorial from continued use of the Sabitutor project.
7. O’Tutorial classes are permitted to offer tutorials relating to O’Level examinations such as WAEC, JAMB, GCE, NECO, and any other recognised examinations.
8. Sabitutor implements a data-saving policy; however, system data is purged every 30 days. A backup of each tutorial’s data is maintained and is available upon request by tutorial managers.
9. All tutorial registrations must be completed exclusively via the web portal. Registrations conducted outside the platform are not recognised.
10. Sabitutor reserves the right to disallow any O’Tutorial class from using its portal if a breach of standard or policy is discovered.
11. O’Tutorial class managers are responsible for ensuring that all student data collected through the platform is handled with strict confidentiality and is not shared with any third party outside the Sabitutor ecosystem.
12. All Advert Placements must comply with Advert Placement Terms of Use of Sabitutor Platform.
13. Sabitutor reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after such amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
